TonTsu ("the App") is designed to work fully offline and respects your privacy completely.

02No data collection

The App does not collect, store on external servers, or transmit any personal data, usage data, or analytics. The App contains no advertising and no third-party SDKs.

03Camera

Used only to detect blinking light and decode Morse code, processed entirely on your device in real time. No images or video are saved or transmitted.

04Microphone

Used only for voice input and to detect Morse tones, processed entirely on your device. No audio is saved or transmitted.

05Speech recognition

Voice input uses Apple's on-device speech recognition only. Your voice never leaves your device.

06Purchases

The Pro upgrade is processed by Apple through the App Store. The App itself receives no payment information.

07Data on your device

Presets and settings are stored only on your device.

08Terms of Use

• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• The App is not a substitute for official emergency services. In an emergency, always contact your local emergency number first. The developer accepts no liability for outcomes arising from reliance on the App in emergencies.
• The App produces flashing lights. Please take care if you are sensitive to flashing lights.
• The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your devices via "Restore purchase".
