Q01I bought “Remove Ads” but still see ads
Tap “Restore Purchases” in the app’s settings.
Q02“Remove Ads” disappeared after I switched to a new iPhone
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it, then tap “Restore Purchases” in Settings.
Q03I closed the app in the middle of a room and had to start over
Currently, the app only remembers rooms you have cleared. Progress inside a room is not saved.
Q04The app asked for camera access
The camera is used only to match the room brightness to your surroundings. Only a brightness value is used; images are never saved or sent.
You can play without allowing it (the brightness stays fixed).
Q05The “compass needle” puzzle doesn’t line up
Move away from magnets or metal objects, then move your phone in a figure-eight motion. This recalibrates the compass.
Q06I want to turn off the sound
Use “Sound Effects” in Settings. The app also follows your iPhone’s silent mode switch.
Q07The app feels slow
When the app starts to slow down, it automatically lowers the image quality inside the room to keep things smooth. If it is still slow, close other apps or restart your iPhone.
Q08I want to know when new rooms arrive
Turn on “Receive Notifications” in the app’s settings. You will be notified when new buildings are added, among other things.
